Israel is not committing anything.
Every strike and every engagement follows an announcement of evacuation beforehand.
The only strikes that are conducted without announcing is of high-level Jihadists, and those are people that everyone knows, that is to say that if you are a parent and you and your kid are around these people it's for ideological reasons and you are well aware of what you're doing.

If you are a simple citizen that is not associated with terror, you are completely fine in Gaza.

That is in stark contrast to the situation in Israel where if you are a simple citizen that is not associated with anything, the Jihadists will still come to your music festival and slaughter you with bare hands.

This is why it is so important to fight Radical Islam until it surrenders.
The very fact that we can see that these absolute monsters will not give up even after so many months of fighting, is why this ideology is so dangerous to the free world.
If the free world will not be able to fend off Hamas\ISIS then there will no such thing as women without hijabs anywhere in the world because no one would be able to fight such a dogmatic ideology.
