Only if I was a few years younger, few inches taller, with a thin waist, muscly build and different face, I would marry her (and I wasn't married)

That exchange between us and City reminds me of an exchange of telegrams many years ago between the playwright George Bernard Shaw and a famous actress of the time, Mrs.Patrick Campbell, with whom he had a love/hate relationship, after she appeared in one of his plays:
