3 days rest for the lads and they looked knackered towards the end. I don't think Klopp will make a lot of changes. I could see Fabs starting, but that's it.

I think we can expect rotations in the FA cup 3 days later.

I think we'll see one of the front three rested against Wolves. I'd imagine we'll play half a team in the cup, no point in taking too many risks.

.......................... Becker .... (though he may be tired after that 100m dash to Mo)

TAA ....... Gomez ....... VvD ....... Robbo

......................... Fabs

............ Hendo ............. Minamino (or Ox.)

Salah ............ Firmino ........... Origi

Bench : Adrian, Mane, Matip, Jones, Lallana, Gini, Ox.

I'd rotate the midfield for this one and look to give Mane a break. We look shagged at the end of the United match.

----------Milner------Minamino------
----Salah------Firmino-------Origi---

This could be the one to break the run I fear. A tired Liverpool team away to a Wolves team coming back to form with one of the best EPL strikers (Jiminez) brim full of confidence. The very impressive Traore and Neto are proving to be a real handful when combined with Jiminez. They've only lost to Chelsea and Spurs at home this season to date.

We need Fabs back and 100% on it with our settled back four concentrating for every second.

This will be way tougher than United

I expect Gini to get a rest for this one (with Fabs back in) but wouldn't be surprised to see the rest of the team the same.

Is 3 days enough rest or not. Hard to keep up with people saying we perform with games close together.

Fab will be back and ox probably rested. The rest as you were

Wijnaldum and Henderson put some serious shifts in against United. I'd definitely expect one, or two of them to be rested.

Neto looks very decent and unlucky not to get his first goal against us last time.

Klopp has always said 4 days is the perfect rest, so I guess three is not quite enough for the fitness side.

However, for rhythm, & pace of play, I'd say we undoubtedly seem to perform better when we have more regular games & not when we have breaks of 6/7 days plus.

Very tough game, can see us dropping 2 points here.

As OP said makes sense to only make few changes with FA cup few days later.

Alisson Trent Gomez Virgil Robbo Fabinho Lallana Oxlade Salah Firmino Mane

Sooner we get this blimmin' league wrapped up the better, the players can have 5 months holiday 🙂

Minamino Matip Shaqiri Origi Adrian come in for Shrewsbury.

Very dangerous game.
Wolves have shown before that they can deal with the top teams, and their organisation is very good.

Wolves have arguably played more games with a smaller squad, so I dont see the fatigue issue. Play the best team, bar maybe a change in midfield.

They’re organised and well drilled. Creativity and movement may be the key here. Wouldn’t mind seeing Minamino in, but I think it’s a touch too early for him

Minamino and co will play in the FA cup

I wouldn't change too much at all.. Hendo plays. We have the FA cup + winter break coming up. Plus some easier games. On paper this is as tough as it gets for a little while.

Wolves have played more games than anyone else in Europe this season. I wouldn't change much. We just had eight days off and another eight days before that and everyone will get dropped for the cup. This is one of our hardest remaining fixtures. Go full strength, defo

For me, going full strength (which I agree with) would mean bringing Fabs back into the side. Probably for Ox, unless there are any injury/tiredness worries.

I’d go full strength as possible but like others think we will drop points here.

Wolves will want to do well especially after things didn’t go their way at Anfield.

I just hope we turn up Leicester style and destroy them.

I’m expecting one of these next few games to be a turning point for us playing with true relaxed attacking freedom. We’ve had a great intensity, control and refined aggression but I can see us turning up and just going completely bonkers, the players loving life and just tearing a team to shreds. Hopefully it’s against West Ham for Moyesy

They’ve won 3 drawn 1 and lost 2 of their last 6. I’m not worried. We’ve won 6.
