Have you and lard had a falling out ?
He means steak cooked & smothered in lard, obviously.

I think I will kill myself if Harry Redknapp becomes our manager.
I'm sticking to my belief that twitter is full of idiots.
Blagging the world he's a successful manager. What's Hiddink up to these days?

Don't tempt fate Sunny!I think I will kill myself if Harry Redknapp becomes our manager.
Wasn't there some rumours that he was part of the group talking to FSG?You know, for all his faults, parry at least gave me more confidence in choosing managers than this lot.
I don't think he made the wrong choice out of the last three considering where we were, and his choices were not the most popular at the time, with the possible exception of rafa, who was something of a coup at the time.
If he were advising FSG I'd be a bit happier.
IMO these are the 2 obvious high calibre candidates with European pedigree. Similar work ethic with a penchant for detail.rafa or AVB, anyone else (realisitically attainable) will leave me bitterly disappointed.
I've just been told AVB is 'in the driving seat' by someone I know has good contacts.
who's in the passenger seat?
He's an ex, c'mon Roland let him go, time to move on.IMO these are the 2 obvious high calibre candidates with European pedigree. Similar work ethic with a penchant for detail.
Rafa is the more impressive with more experience in working within budget constraints. AVB is part of the new breed with an impressive CV. Both have a chip on their shoulders with something to prove but Rafa knows the club, players and the youth set up. His inside knowledge gives him the edge but FSG may choose to overlook him.
It's weird to consider, but i'd actually rather be run like Everton than us. Their business model of 'sign a player occasionally' and play loads of kids works pretty well for what they want to achieve.Whoever takes it now, the only connection to Liverpool is an accident of geography. I don't think I really understood that properly in 2007 when it was sold from locals to those dickheads, and Dalglish coming back in with these new guys papered over all that for a bit.
Now we've got this farcical situation of a gang of fund managers from Boston identifying a list of any managers they've heard of on Twitter and then airing their ignorance in public, taking advice from any cunt who claims to be able to offer it.
It's like your local boozer has just been bought by a lottery winner, he's ripped out all the character features and sacked all the staff you've known for years, hasn't got a clue about running pubs and he's very busy on his yacht - but he values your undying and loyal support.
Fuck off please.
I'm ready to move on RedMullet but some of the names been bandied about don't inspire any confidence. De Boer, Deschamps are currently tied to their respective clubs. AVB could be an inspired choice but let's wait and see what happens. He's an ex, c'mon Roland let him go, time to move on.
*puts arm around shoulder*
I was thinking more of still being owned by someone who loved the club than anything; can't think of a better example.I don't think Everton should be used as the benchmark for our club at all.
They never achieve anything of note. Dull and average-looking mostly. And if they actually start to look decent, they sell Rooney.
Wasn't Benitez still in a contract when we got him? I can't rememberI'm ready to move on RedMullet but some of the names been bandied about don't inspire any confidence.
