I do not agree at all KJ, because you are totally wrong. It is that simple.
We can as fans say its not good for the club because it is not good for the club.... he says he is innocent, has done everything he could to protest that innocence including grandstanding in front of millions of viewers and yet he thinks it is a good idea to yet again drag the club into a row it cannot and will not win. All of this done knowing that it is one thing that can ruin the reputation of the club in an era where sponsors and the like are key to our survival as a competitive outfit.
There is absolutely NOTHING to gain from that interview either for him or for the club, it kicks open the hornets nest yet again and the only way it will lead if it is followed through to its logical conclusion is his sale.... he is holding all the cards...no doubt the sale will be at a knock down price to another team in the champs league ensuring a nice little pay rise for himself into the bargain....
It fucking stinks IMO, or at least has the possibility of fucking stinking.
It is not hard to understand, its like smashing your face repeatedly against a brick wall while claiming that the wall is unfair.
It is one of the stupidest, most selfish or most clever (if he wants a move) interviews i have ever seen.
I cannot understand how anyone could support him in this.
