They came for the draw? What I saw of the game (admittedly only 15minutes of the first half) United were set up to play counter attack against Southampton, giving the ball to Di Maria at every opportunity. I see butt-head is as classy as whiskey nose in defeat.

You have to hand it to the Blueshite, it was a gutsy performance to come back from 1-0 down with ten men.
 
Agreed. I watched it in the pub with my evertonian mates (WEGOTHEGAME) and they were all made up. Apparently it's so much more than they have shown in the past couple of months. Onward evertonians and all that shite.

Tbf to him, they bough really poorly this season. They only retained Lukaku and Barry. While one can also argue that Lukaku did not and does not suit Martinez's style of play. For a team like them they couldn't afford to spend that money on him when they could have used the money on 2 or 3 quick creative players that score goals and create options (how similar). They also lost the creative influence of Delofeu. But, he can't organize a defense either.

West Ham, Chelsea and Southampton won the summer.
 
I wonder if Jermaine Jenas is related to Michael Owen, perhaps his even more boring and anonymous second cousin?
 
Why are the fa cup highlights not on anywhere. Would love to have seen last two nights games.
