Of all the signings we’ve been linked with, I’m most confident that Kerkez will come in and make a real impact, both in the short term and over the long haul. It’s remarkable how complete, athletic and established he already is at just 21. I genuinely believe that any fee under £50 million will end up looking like a bargain. He’s got the skill set and the time to not only match, but potentially surpass what Robertson has achieved in a Liverpool shirt. It's the perfect signing at the right time. Exciting.
Release the Kerkez?
Because he's hideously one footed, but unlike Robertson, he's quite good at shooting with that one foot?
Don't know whether it's a physical thing - he seems to have the same compact physique that Riise had, solid build, doesn't actually look athletic but clearly he is. I've been impressed every time I've seen him play this year and I think he'll improve us. Just hope with so many changes that the team will gel quickly - pre-season is going to be really important this year.
On that, at the moment we are replacing like with like. We know that Frimpong and Captain Kerk can do the same sort of things that TAA (Early years) and Robertson did. It'll only really be complicated by Wirtz playing as a false 9 like Bobby, that's something that everyone other than Salah and Jones will need to learn, I'm not counting the defence as they are too far from the action.

I thought he had a release clause? Surprised Bournemouth are accepting so little if so.
Huijsen had a release clause. Don’t think Kerkez has one.

He was at the Hungarian national team training today, so that was debunked I think.
