Arsenal starting to come into their own now. The half time whistle couldn't come soon enough for Everton.
Been very impressed with them this season, they are defo top 4 contenders whether people like it or not.
Couldn't decide if that was directed at Everton in view of some of their robust challenges, or the typical fickle Gunner fan expressing their displeasure at their club's performance for most of the first 45 minutes.
That's been Everton's problem in this game really. For all their domination, they couldn't test the Arsenal keeper even once.
That's what happens when you don't take your chances against them.

By the way, thankfully Moyes took the wrong midfielder to Old Trafford - at least on the evidence of the season so far. On the flip side, Barkley's performance has been excellent for Everton and that doesn't really work in our favour too.
I think we got the wrong Barcelona reserve.
He's been quality since he came on.
Lukaku has looked a bit lead footed to me in this game. Thankfully both him and Deulofeu are only on loan. Hopefully Everton does a West Brom (so far) next season when both guys return to their parent clubs.

Deulofeu and Lukaku could be 2 big holes to fill for next season. That said, Everton and Martinez could make themselves appealing options for grooming young prospects from top clubs. Then, there's Baines and Barkley to hold on to, too.
