Gundogan to city looks like its done, even though he's out for another 5months with a duff knee. He obviously wont be able to a medical, so it'd be nice if there was something underlying that crocked him long term. But for 20mill they probably dont give a shit.

Joe Gomez is wanted by Brendan Rodgers
The 19-year-old was signed by Rodgers from Charlton last summer for £3.5 million and made a bright start to life at Anfield.
However he cruelly suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury in October 2015 while playing for the England under-21s, ruling him out for the rest of the season.
But Gomez has set his sights on a return to action in pre-season.

Liverpool handed boost in race for Colombian striker: Club president to consider offer

Liverpool have been handed a boost in the race to sign Atletico Nacional striker Marlos Moreno.

The Colombia international has impressed in the Copa Libertadores this season.

His impressive form has reportedly caught the attention of a number of top European clubs including the Reds.

And Jurgen Klopp's side have now been handed a boost in their pursuit of Moreno as according to Portuguese outlet A Bola, Sporting Lisbon have pulled out of the race for his signature.

The report adds the Reds are continuing to monitor the 19-year-old along with Atletico Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Inter Milan, Benfica and Porto.

Moreno will be free to leave Atletico Nacional for £8million after the club's president, Juan Carlos de la Cuesta, revealed he would consider offers for the striker.

He told Maisefutbol: "We are attentive and if we get something interesting, let's look at it with the technical team.

“We expect developments in this dossier in the next days because the market is open, especially the European market.

"We are available to study everything, but we'd like to have him at least until the Copa Libertadores."

£8m is not bad

Juventus sign PSG’s Nanitamo Ikone (18) on free transfer [Gazzetta]

Evra cost 'em 1.2 million.
Coman (now at Bayern) cost 'em little.
Pogba was free.
Money on this guy being a star in 1-3 seasons ...

Liverpool approach Jordan Amavi
According to L’Équipe, Premier League side Liverpool have approached Aston Villa left-back Jordan Amavi’s agent to make it clear that they are interested in signing the French youth international.
Amavi, who suffered an ACL injury during the 2015/16 campaign, has been relegated from the Premier League with Aston Villa.
An offer of €14m could make Aston Villa consider selling the youngster. AC Milan and two French clubs have also made an approach, with one of those sides being Lyon.

Cant help but feel this was Vardys season and he'll be good in the future but not get that amount of goals.

John Cross claiming we've offered Vardy 140k a week but can't trigger a deal as not in champions league. Still, significantly more wages than Arsenal have offered.
