A lot of people don't know Oncy as well as they should, despite being on here for a hell of a long time.

I actually think it might be better if that was the reason he died; i'd much rather know he died out of some sort of weird misadventure like David Carradine rather than deliberately taking his own life out of feeling that he had nothing to live for.

In my experience its often the case that those taking their own life genuinely believe the world (and significant others) will be better off without them.

Alternatively, a few appear to act out an infantile aggressive act (the ultimate) against those thry feel persecuted or hurt by.

I was being quite serious by the way, I was very moved yesterday morning when I heard he'd died but when Oncy put that image in my head of him dying while masturbating I found it a lot harder to feel sad. It's a lot easier to feel sorry for someone who killed himself because of depression than someone who died wanking. Sorry if people find that hard to accept.

Sorry you feel that way. For the record some of the comments in this thread are somewhat an embarrassment to this site in my opinion, whether they were misunderstood, misrepresented or not. I'm not a fan of making jokes about the recently deceased in general nor do I like to speculate on possible causes but that's just my opinion. My thoughts are with his family and friends though.

I'm not having a pop at anyone, I'm just not a fan of having a laugh at the recently deceased and it makes me uncomfortable. I fucking despised Jade Goody but didn't feel it was right when she'd just died. It's my empathetic nature that's all.
