Liverpool related transfer speculation

So it’s a big, fast, mobile, muscular guy that isn’t Dutch that you want.

Tell me… how to you feel about baby oil?

Is 5ft10 big enough or do they need to be over 6ft?
No - not into the Oily Adama Traore stuff that some on here like. 5ft10 is OK. I know you have no interest in our midfield and think that what we have is sufficient - but I know it is not enough to compete in more than one competition. We need another - more mobile and with more skill than Tchoumaini - the only reason we would get him would be because he can be used as a stable defender backup. Other than that - he is just an average midfielder - he must be - because Klopp wanted him badly.

I think we got the Wirtz deal done pretty quick considering its size. We have our core 11 players now,
Ali
Frimpong
Konate
VVD
Kerkez
Alex
Grav
Dom
Wirtz
Gakpo
Salah

The rest is squad and rotation players. I know people want another #9. The amount clubs are asking is ridiculous which is why I think we can ask for £60-70m for Nunez.
List of #9s
Gyokerez, his club wants €80m and he wants €300k a week
Ekitike, €100m plus wages of €200k/week
Waltomade €50m but very raw
Mika Biereth €60m plus. Just moved to Monaco in December
Evan Guessend €50m is not a #9
Sesko €90m, people say he is not much better than Nunez
Samu Aghehowa €70m, its a guess but I think that could tempt them

Mika Biereth intrigues me and he is homegrown. Samu is a unit but not the most elegant on the ball

Since we still have Endo and if we are going to have flying fullbacks Grav will play deeper which suits Endo's style more. Badge I would love to see work but the kid is made of glass

Defenders, Jo and Quansah are said to be looking for moves away. Jo is undoubted quality as a utility player but questions remain if he can stay fit with the limited games he gets.
Quansah understandably wants more minutes particularly when it comes to being selected for England Internationals.

Its a difficult decision, what to do next especially if both our defenders want away.

Ederson would be lovely but how do you make sure Ederson gets the game time he wants without upsetting others? Would Ederson sign if he knew he would be a rotation or bench option?

There's probably countless decent CBs, just why would they come to us? Unless there's news on ibou, the back line is mostly set.

We'll probably look at a 20-22 year old up and coming aerial beast.

Are you asking why would Guhi sign for us? We are EPL champions. He will get guaranteed game time as he will rotate with Konate and VVD

i can see us selling quansah to the likes of newcastle and invoking the homegrown / english tax to a fellow PL club.

not sure it makes sense to sell him to germany, although we’ve just absolutely rammed the leverkusen transfer kitty, but you’d imagine they’ll be wise with it
