What I do not understand is how Konate can even think of playing for RM knowing he will have to run around like a dog to cover Trent yet again, it will shorten his career and probably means for the most part he will be on the treatment table. Also I would love to chuck him out, but the way I see it - Madrid are so desperate for a defender that i would love it if they ended up getting no one and being torn apart in next years CL - which I think will happen if they don't sign someone like Konate. That will be a bonus for me.
It really depends on who leaves too, on whether that's a success of not.
For me the signing of Isak, Guehi and departure of Trent the Liability RB, makes it successful.
