Yes. The shadow of WMD in the region goes back decades. Without that raid Saddam might quite conceivably have got his hands on them. Iran's already attacked Israel from the air, Israel has by a country mile the best intelligence about how far the Iranian regime has progressed towards its own WMD and I'd be grateful to be pointed in the direction of any serious alternative suggestion for dealing with the danger.

Serious alternative would be the agreement no?
That was in place alongside agreement with European countries and America, before Trump pulled out.

Agreement included agreement to proliferation treaty (unlike Israel, India & Pakistan)
