Depends on the system, we’re not wedded to a 4-3-3 or 4231 especially with Isak joining.

As I’ve said elsewhere (and before the Newcastle game), I’d prefer to play Szobo in front of Frimpong on that flank in a 4231…we’d be infinitely better defensively and arguably (right now) at least as effective in an attacking sense.

Szob on the right i advocated for when we signed him, as an option at least.

Since we've got isak and ekitike, lets go for diamond 442. Wirtz behind isak ektike, szob macca and grav, overlappy fullbacks

We've just played Newcastle away and Arsenal at home. He's also part of a new attack/new team like everyone else.
Give it a bit of time to gel. He'll have another very good season I reckon, but Isak/Ekitike will get part of his goal share.

No need to worry, but it might be the right time for everyone to move on next summer with Olise coming in as his replacement.

Let's not mess with the line up. A diamond formation would be OK, but we'd lose width and we've got two specialist wingers in Gakpo and Salah.

I'm not worried about Mo yet. We've turned over half the time, haven't found that chemistry yet but are still getting results.

And if his form continues to struggle, we now actually have players we can bring on for him.

Salah will probably still produce his average production of the past few years - repeating last year would be strange. He has always had some dry spells, if that is what is going on now.

But...if this is the beginning of a downturn, it was really important that we only gave him a 2-year extension.
