We've just played Newcastle away and Arsenal at home. He's also part of a new attack/new team like everyone else.
Give it a bit of time to gel. He'll have another very good season I reckon, but Isak/Ekitike will get part of his goal share.
No need to worry, but it might be the right time for everyone to move on next summer with Olise coming in as his replacement.

I'm not worried about Mo yet. We've turned over half the time, haven't found that chemistry yet but are still getting results.
And if his form continues to struggle, we now actually have players we can bring on for him.

Salah will probably still produce his average production of the past few years - repeating last year would be strange. He has always had some dry spells, if that is what is going on now.

Do people have amnesia? The guy who got the most goals and assists in the league. He has credit in the bank. He already has a goal and an assist to his name so stats wise he is doing fine.

Losing the ball 99% of the time when receiving it out wide has nothing to do with new team mates though.
Mo had incredible G&A numbers last year, he’s a phenomenon. Slot made a gentle adjustment where he effectively played with little defensive responsibility, with Szoboszlai being the legs and covering the space in behind him. He’s been well protected as before Szoboszlai we had Hendo doing the donkey work too…in Mo’s pomp he had the physical attributes (speed) to stretch the pitch. This made it worth the trade off.
I do believe however mother time has been creeping up on him, he has moments within games now where he effects games, either with a pass or a goal contribution…when that begins to fade, he becomes more and more a passenger.
He’s 33 now, there is only one direction his contributions will go (kilometres ran, sprints, pressures etc) we should learn from precedent, Ronaldo banged goals in at United in his second stint, but he was very much accommodated.
Slot must be ready to use him more strategically in games. I actually believe one of his biggest qualities is how sharp he is upstairs, and could and would affect certain games better from the bench these days.

I think it’s Mo calling out whoever made the graphic.
It doesn’t help they have Wirtz replacing Diaz when it’s Ekitike who will be the wide left and sometimes forward player.
It's the opposite, he's defending them.
