Have to say, this nonsense handball rule talk started after City and Pep kept on crying about how Trent should have conceded a penalty against them.
This is after a year of crying about how Llorente's goal against them, in the CL, shouldn't have stood because it brushed off his arm. So UEFA then changed the rules last year, so anytime it brushes off an attacker's arm, it is no longer a goal. Ironically, the very next game against Spurs (after the rule change), a ball brushes off Laporte's arm and their last minute goal against Spurs in the league is chalked off! And they cried about it! This is the same rule they were crying should be put in place the year before.
So now because of that, we've got another new rule when it brushes off an attacker's arm. If it doesn't directly leads to a goal in the same phase, it's no longer a disallowed goal.
All these rule changes just for City! lol
Trust and believe when we play them this year, we'll get a penalty when the ball brushes off Laporte's arms.. and Mane will also score a goal, when the ball brushes off Salah's and it's only half cleared.
And we'll hear City crying about another rule change.
