The ignore list, unfortunately, has a flaw (feature, not a bug) -- you can't see a thread started by someone you choose to ignore, even if you've posted to it ("unignore" -> "post" -> "ignore".... oops doesn't work). Now, just because you don't like what he writes, doesn't mean you don't share the same interest in a topic. So, the loon starts a topic, guys who don't have him on ignore contribute to it, and you're missing out on a lot of content.
But I suppose when it becomes too unbearable, it's probably better to just miss out on some threads than to have to spam scroll manually. You can just hope the guys on your ignore list don't start spamming new generic topics or pre-match / post-match threads. Oops... gave the game away! 😀

Why are you comparing Wirtz to Leiva who was a CDM? Its 2 games in. Admittedly Slot needs to work with the underperformers but give it more than handful of games before making judgementshihi His game will get significantly elevated in Germany. That is true. And it is very much an open question whether Wirtz will be able to live up to England and build the same sort of reputation while at Liverpool. So that something like that might happen. A German Elliott might make English Wirtz look like Lucas. But, hey, here's to hoping that Wirtz will turn into a major star.

I have been a bit blunt above when discussing Elliott. I wrote the truth and was blunt. The other side of the story is that Elliott is a successful example of a player being brought up from the academy, had his place, was relied upon in part to win the title, and will now be sold to a well-run club where he will have a place to play week-in and week-out. That's a good example of how a club should work. This is also true.
Nobody wants him, there's probably good reason for it.
