Congrats Skully on having your team win the league. Quality team you support, and to be honest, you're one of the best City fans I've ever interacted with.
 
It wasn't as bad as Dreamy saying we're going to win the league in every post since March.
 
The only reason I can think of why we lost is cos of Dreambeliever jinxing us week in week out.

I mean....talk bout finger pointing....you can't go wrong by starting with DB.
 
it was when every fucker thought we'd simply just beat chelsea because it was 'written in the [fucking] stars'. not one person i spoke to in the city wasn't certain we'd already won the league. fucking daft.
 
So all we have to next season is say "this game has a defeat written all over it" and we'll surely win them all...

I'll hold my hands up. I was convinced that the dream would become the reality.
🙁 point away, I get it anyway, might as well add it to the lost.

At least Gary might feel sorry for me.
 
I don't see what the fuck the point of this is. Some people rationally understood nothing was done and dusted, others are pessimistic and tended to think we wouldn't hold our nerve with harder games coming up, others are optimistic and got caught up in it.

I'm in the pessimistic camp, but no one knew anything. It didn't matter. We all watched it play out, and it sucked for all of us.

So you didn't get carried away. Congratulations, you win a small piece of nothing along with everyone else. Thanks for working out your frustration with how things haven't panned out, by attacking those feeling the same.
