He was boss at Groningen when he was 17 but he's hardly had a chance at Ajax. Been sent out to Jong Ajax (the reserves essentially except they play proper league matches) and now on loan at Willem II. Supposed to be some attitude problems but also Milik has been doing well as have El Ghazi and Viktor Fischer when they have played up front.
