Leicester build up

Fuck, I hadn't realised that email was for cheaper tickets.

I just assumed it meant if you had an L postcode you didn't have to pay for a ripoff membership card.

Anyone know how to find out what dates games go on sale? Just checked the link on the email & it says 4 weeks before but the hull game still says on sale soon. If I knew when they were going on sale it'd certainly help trying to get one.

Also, the email is a bit confusing. It says:
Eligible supporters can purchase one ticket per person, up to a maximum of four per transaction. Each supporter within the transaction must also be eligible and must be registered as an individual on our ticketing database.

So, can I purchase one, or four? Or can I purchase four, but all four people have to be on the ticketing database?

At £9 I could take Luke the match, but he's obv not on the ticketing database.

I seen some lad on Twitter saying he got 4 together in Main Stand for £36...non restricted views at that. Madness haha.

Like many others I'm not completely convinced by Klopp's 4-3-3 system as of yet – it's certainly not awful and we did have some good performances with it (like Man City away last season or Arsenal away this season), but I'm still waiting for the change back to 4-2-3-1. This would allow us to have more attacking players on the pitch at the same time, without cramming them into CM roles and it just seems like a more natural system for Klopp's style of play of high press and counter-attack. The concern Klopp probably has against playing 4-2-3-1 with the current personnel is the defensive contribution of the wingers, particularly someone like Coutinho. If Phil plays as a wing-forward in 4-3-3 he has a CM behind him to help on defense, but if he's a winger in 4-2-3-1, it's up to him to track the opposition full-back and he might not quite have the lungs and the speed for that (on the other flank, Mane definitely does have both).

I think if Coutinho didn't play, this front 4 would actually give us great balance of energy, creativity and goal-scoring:

--------------Sturridge------------
Lallana-----Firmino------Mane

Not that Coutinho deserves to be dropped, but then neither does Sturridge – but in this high-energy game there may be room for only one of the two at this time. So if I was Klopp, maybe I would use the excuse of Coutinho's late return from Brazil to try the above system against Leicester. The 2 CMs in this case should both be specialists; if Can is unavailable then it should be Stewart/Lucas and Hendo.

Would like to see something like this when everyone is fit.

Coutinho-----Sturridge-----Mane

Lallana-----Wjinaldum

Can

Henderson can also slot in for either Lallana or Wjinaldum.

The new Main Stand looks incredibly boss. Cant wait for the game tomorrow.

According to the Times and the Express a planning application for redeveloping Anfield Road End has already been approved, 6000 more seats.
Will be interesting to see when they start with phase 2. Could be a while yet I reckon.

The word seems to be they're going to plough on pretty soon.

Not sure if anyone has posted but is there anywhere I can get a side by side photo comparison of the old and new stand?

So we're already going for 60 000.
Rebuilding the kop and the centenary stands might just bump it up to 75 000?

Crikey. If that's true they're really not hanging about. Has anybody seen the plans for the Anny Road?

Think its something like this mate:
