So, any news about his injury. He apperantly left the ground yesterday on crutches. An injured knee that required a scan today.
If he's out for a long period aswell, we're fucked...

WHAT?
The Reds, meanwhile, will send Daniel Agger for a scan on his knee today; the Danish defender played the entire game but left Anfield on crutches and, as yet, there has been no diagnosis.
I've just read elsewhere that the Danish national-coach Morten Olsen has said that Agger is very doubtful for Wedensdays friendly. (F*ck that as long as he's going to be fit for the weekend).
He called Olsen after the game and told him that his knee (old injury) felt sore after the Blackburn game and increased to twice its normal size. He'll be checked for some kind of bruise today.
He didn't seem to limping slightly towards the end of the game. Have we got any players who aren't crocks, apart from Lucas - who's made from adamantium.

He's actually made out of adamantium-reinforced shit, with traces of lead (mainly in his feet)

He was limping during the second half for about 20 mine following a crunching challenge on Spit near us in the Centenary. Don't think he twisted anything, more an impact injury. Cartilage would be my guess, hopefully not ligaments.
Daniel Agger underwent a scan on an injured knee today after leaving Anfield on crutches following the 2-1 win over Blackburn.
Doctors discovered severe bruising to the Dane's right knee, and he will now undergo treatment at Melwood.
A club spokesman said: "Daniel underwent a scan this morning which has shown severe bruising to the bone in his right knee. The knee is still very swollen and he will continue to receive treatment at Melwood this week."
Agger was one of several Liverpool players to pick up knocks during a physical encounter.
Fabio Aurelio suffered a strain in his quadriceps, while Maxi Rodriguez was left with stud marks just below his chest.

I don't think he would have finished the game with a strain, but you're right Nessie the Wigan game might come to quick. We play on monday though.

Especially with that heavy pitch. That would put additional strain on an injury like that.

They were supposed to relay it after the last match. i hope they did because it was disgraceful
The pitch is being re-laid at Wigan this week, so it wont be as bad as it has been. But that means it will still break up under foot and not be suitable for anyone carrying knee or ankle niggles.
