So can anyone tell us a bit more about this guy?
I know I've seen him play before but I'll be fucked if I can remember anything about him.
Obviously he's got pace to burn but that aside, what are his attributes? What position is Rodgers likely to use him in?
It would seem that Shaqiri is probably a better short-term bet but does this kid have a higher ceiling? Why would you get one over the other?

I am not an expert, but from the little I have seen I think he is better than Shaqiri in terms of technique, passing final third, composure and is less likely to go missing in games. He is bigger too...
I know nothing about player....but I have approved this signing based on two things:

I know nothing about him but after watching some of those youtube vids he looks like he'll do well when we play on the counter attack. Might get a lot of games away from home when we're trying to sit deep and hit teams with fast breaks from deep.

From the vid: good touch and speed, unselfish, loves the flick and wishbone. Dodgy hair, but acceptable.
LOL. That post reminded me of Tim Cahil's goal against the Dutch. As it dropped I shouted volley that and he did. Love those little moments.
Seems like he has the potential to tick the "create something from nothing" box. I expect he loses the ball quite often (obviously not shown in a compilation) video, but that is because of the things he tries to do - same can be said of Suarez and Coutinho. But, some of his touches and passes are sublime.
