I'm guessing he wants London over Newcastle (who wouldn't) and a big payday into the bargain.Depends. Does he want progression or a payday. Newcastle isn't that much above chelsea

They're getting rid of Nkunku and JacksonWonder if that means they're out of the Ekitike running. Delap, Pedro, Jackson and Nkunku all at the 9
Depends if there's buyers really, and if they want to leave. They're locked down for 7 years eachThey're getting rid of Nkunku and Jackson
I don't understand Chelsea's model. They're buying up young talent from all over the world like a Dortmund or Brighton.
Except they're buying off of Dortmund and Brighton, who have already extracted the transfer value out of most these players.

It's more to do with wages than resale value. They want to sign a squad of players at 21-24 before they sign that mega contract at 25-26. It's a model that has left them short of any real experience of winning anything across the park. They're kinda hoping one (large) group of players will grow together into a real force and I think it will remain hope. Most major trophy winning teams have at least three or four seasoned pros that can guide the rest or step up when the pressure is on.
But most won't make it and 2 years of their (very high) salaries are going to have to be added before they come close to making a profit (less tax and agent's fees). Then they may still have to contribute to their salaries for the next 5 years too (for those that haven't improved / are worth another club paying them). I guess they have ran the figures but for the life of me I can't see it working out.I half think they're going for the "Chelsea reject" market. How many have left them and gone on to bigger and better things?
So they're trying to get them for a reasonable fee then we'll them on 2 years later where inflation has slightly jacked up the price
I kind of like Joao Pedro to Chelsea in football terms - they need a player up top who can hold up the ball and so interplay with teammates, last season it was too one-dimensional with Jackson and their cut-in-and-shoot wingers. I think he can be a building block of a cohesive attack. He is positionally versatile too, which is another plus.
We don’t need someone like Pedro because we got Wirtz. BTW Fabrizio Romano says Chelsea are looking to sign another attacker to add to Delap, Gittens and Pedro. They are not quite satiated yet.
50m again? I thought these platers were being touted in the 70s. Or Brighton offering them a discount because they owe Chavski after ripping them off previously with previous sales.
Carlton Palmer signs for Monaco. If its Pogba, my god time has done him dirty

He looks like someone released after 10 years in prison and getting his first job as a janitor. Kind of feel for him, but then I remember he is a multi-millionaire and most of his problems were self-inflicted.
Why are they speaking in English BTW?
