Gone are the days that clubs now have a first choice 11 as it is about rotation and having 2 players for each position. As it stands we have the following with youth players shown in red. A path needs to be available for the youth players to progress so we maybe shouldn't buy. Therefore looking at the squad what position do we buy for and not block development
