Is it just me or is this the worst timing for an international break?
I don't think I've ever seen our team start the season with so many in form players and now we have to send them away.
OK, there's two positives and it's that Alisson and Keita might be back after the break. However, Adrian was actually pretty good against Burnley.

Regarding the players individual form, this is my assessment:

On fire:
Matip
Fabinho
Firmino

High:
Salah
Mané
Hendo
Van Dijk

Status quo:
Wijnaldum
Robbo
TAA
Adrian

Are all our players away?

I'm looking forward to having Alisson and Naby back tbh

I doubt we'll see Alisson for at least another month. He was still limping at the UEFA award ceremony the other day

The less club football without Adrian in goal, the better. He's not a liability but when the league title could well be decided by one point or even goal difference the importance of Alisson cannot be underestimated.

Thought he was excellent in yesterday's game, even though a few of his long distance kicks were a little iffy. I think we will be fine with him, and personally he will be great for us because he does not give a shit what we may think about him.

I always think its a massive boost going into an international break on top. Its 2 weeks where the idea settles in players heads that you are no1 and there is no opportunity to slip up so you can relax a little. Obviously injuries are a risk at any time, but its a good time for us.

I heard something on the radio about Mane and Salah missing this and the next international breaks because African teams are playing the African championship or something like that. Only players that play in their countries domestic leagues are eligible. Bonus for us if true.

It's confirmed for Mane, but Egypt might still arrange a friendly match. But yes, as things stand, both Mo and Sadio can get some rest during this AND the next International breaks.

Lovren apparently was shit against a bunch of farmers
He fucking made that azerbaijani look like Messi for the equaliser.

Only reason I watched the game was because I had money on Croatia to win to nil and that cunt cost me.
