Other clubs transfer news (home and abroad)

i imagine it’s true that they’d want a keeper with good distribution but having a calamity or error prone keeper is much more harmful to a side than someone who isn’t great on the ball.

i wonder if they’ve had a knee jerk over traffords start and decided that psg did alright with donarumma, how bad could it be?

Isn't the reason Enrique has binned Donnadrama because he's shit with his feet? Don't see how it'll work at City.

Are they also shafting that Trafford guy?

Did he return to be number 1 or was he always aware he'd backup?

Newcastle were after him weren't they?

Anyway, I said it before, but I am confident Donarumma will do a Barthez when he comes to the premier league

It should still do a bit of damage to their reputation with agents and players.

Not like the wages between going to another premier league team in the champions league and city are going to be madly different. So it becomes about playing time.

Chelsea have given permission to Borussia Dortmund to fly Carney Chukwuemeka and Aaron Anselmino to Germany to complete moves that will take player sales at Stamford Bridge this summer to beyond £270m.

They’ve sold for 220 mill £ so far. A cheeky 10 mill £ from Strasbourg as well I see.

Interesting choice for them. Tremendous shot-stopper, but Guardiola wants his keepers to be good with the ball at their feet and I wouldn't have said that was Donnarumma's game at all.

This!!!

That’s how the Pep era comes crashing down - when you have a “style” of play and you start adding players that are either not good enough or can’t play that style.

If Pep is all about control, then a keeper who hits low percentage long/direct balls that aren’t accurate to a side with a high line that isn’t defensively well organised and gets murdered on transition could be absolutely disasterous.

From what I’ve seen of Trafford and even his performance against Spurs- he’s a good shot stopper - that’s not the area of his game that’s a problem.

Brentford are considering a move for Borussia Dortmund forward Max Beier that could allow Yoane Wissa to depart the Bees for Newcastle; Beier can play anywhere across the front line but has been a centre-forward for Dortmund, who are closing in on Wolves' Fabio Silva.
