Other clubs transfer news (home and abroad)

Have posted this elsewhere but if the terms of that Jackson deal aren't right (or if they haven't had a nod and a wink from UEFA) then I think they may still be unable to register some of their new signings (and / or Wesley Fofana) for Europe this season. It might still get tasty over the next couple of days when they file their List A...

He's only 23, and their interest in Martinez doesn't suggest they were looking at Lammens as the immediate answer to their problem in goal. There's no way he alone will make ten places' worth of difference to their league position.

Holy Smokes Bayer Leverkusen has seen the light!

Pushed the wildcard button after GW2!

Annulled the marriage after he fell asleep during consummation!

They're trying to reload their saved games!

Quansah can breath again!

I think ETH is a role model. Following his last two posts he has been compensated to the tune of £15m:

Based on recent reports, Erik ten Hag has received a significant amount of compensation after his dismissals from both Manchester United and Bayer Leverkusen.

  • Manchester United: In their financial accounts for 2024, Manchester United revealed they paid approximately £10.4 million (or around $12 million) in compensation to Erik ten Hag and his coaching staff following his dismissal in October 2024.
  • Bayer Leverkusen: After being sacked by Bayer Leverkusen after just two months in charge, reports indicate he received a total of around €6 million in compensation, which includes both his severance pay and his salary for the short time he was at the club.

In total, the compensation paid to Erik ten Hag from both clubs is estimated to be over £15 million.
I'm willing to be repeatedly sacked for the compo.
