I think it nullifies him a bit playing there, I thin when he's in the left drifting in he finds more space. Bizarre as it sounds Suarez as a "number 10" with Sturridge ahead would make more sense, & I think Suarez would still score as much, he makes space & defenders have to back off plus he can play blindingly quick one touch balls.
