Post Match Arsenal (H) 2-2 Sunday April 17th

Decent first half, passive second, shite subs. Slot making a schoolboy error bringing Trent on, as that immediate changes the mood, and the fucker played merino on for the equaliser

Unbelievable because hardly anyone wanted to see him play for us again.

Fucking Judas.

Annoying.

I won't go on but there's two gripes with this team. We're not aggressive enough off the ball, especially against the better teams and secondly, and more aptly here, we just don't play well enough for long enough in matches.

That game could have been closed out if we just maintained the level for 15 minutes in the second half and had some half decent game management.

Trent shouldn't have came in and Macca should have been straight on after their first goal.

Couple of thoughts are running through my head about it. Slot wanted to rest Bradley, that's fine. He also didn't overly care about throwing Trent to the wolves. I imagine Trent also eager to get on the pitch as he's only got 1 more home game at Anfield before he fucks off so wanted to soak up the atmosphere. I also imagine him deluded enough to think he'd be greeted with rapturous applause.

Gravenberch was struggling big time.

I have no clue what Diaz brings other than running around. People criticize Salah but nobody ever mentions how he goes missing ALL THE TIME. He's leading a charmed life.

Robbo was poor despite being given so much space.

Bradley is not the answer.

In my defence I call Diaz and mo cunts

I thought Bradley was fine today, especially still coming back from injury.

Robbo was his usual mixed bag.

I wouldn't care if he broke his leg in his last game.

Fuck him. FUCK HIM.

I'll like to see more composure from Bradley. He seems a little bit too eager to please and he rushes into things.
He is young so it will come with more experience but I don't think he is ready to be the first choice RB next season.
The yellow he got was unnecessary.

Robbo is done, stupid misplaced paces, constantly beaten allowing in crosses - I don't know why Tsimikas wasn't brought on. Great cross for Gakpo's goal though.

Jones was just not in that midfield battle. Wandering around like a youngster lost in a shopping mall. And that FU in our penalty area - WTF !!! Unlucky not to score though.

Gakpo a strange mixture today of hot and cold (lack of control leading to coughing up possession).

Salah - did you make one decent pass all game? Constantly gave away possession.

Bradley - played really well with one error. If he had still been on the pitch I doubt Merino would have scored as he's a far more alert defender.

I thought Diaz was excellent - a little unlucky not to have had at least one goal more.

We played some beautiful attacking football in bursts and could easily have scored 1 or 2 more whilst Arsenal for all their possession, and off target shooting, created very little.

Not having that at all, Bradley was doing his best Trent impression for their first goal

On Salah, I thought he was really good in the 1st half, dangerous whenever on the ball. Beyond shit in the 2nd, unfortunately

The winger cut in and crossed - it happens frequently to FBs, the advantage always with the winger because he knows what he's going to do which gives him the 1/2m required. The bigger issue was where the fuck were Konate and VvD? Martinelli had 5m space on either side of him.
