Looks like they have an excess of attacking players, who do you think will go in the summer? There's rumours Gotze will leave in the summer. would you have him?

Seeing how Gotze has performed for Dortmund, I think I'd stay away from that one.

Pulisic would be great.

Goetze is an odd one.
He's 24 ... not getting into a squad with Pulsic, Dembele, Mor, Reus etc isn't like saying he cannot unseat a shite player ...
I wouldn't spend 20 mill, but the talent hasn't disappeared ...

They could just sell us Pulisic for 25m and keep the rest. Not seen much of him but he's young and looks fast. Anyone thinks he can be our Mane MK II?

That said, Dortmund has no need to sell so it could get pretty draggy.

In another story, why do Dortmund play YNWA before their games? What's the story behind that?

No, but he has form for this (it's his second apparent failure to establish himself there) so neither have the questions about whether he can make that talent count consistently at top level. Besides, he had his chance to join us and frittered it away waiting for Bayern to come calling.

Do not want.

Wait - so if Suarez said, "I want Liverpool" - you'd say no?
He didn't succeed at Bayern under Pep ... ok, happens.
He didn't succeed at Dortmund under Tuchel ... ok, perhaps worrying.

However, the talent is there and the manager who brought out his talent is here ...

Don't understand your Suarez point, old pal. As for Klopp - yes, he did get Götze's career up and running initially, but we pulled the plug on our pursuit of Götze before he actually signed for Bayern and I doubt we'd have done that unless Klopp himself gave up on the deal.

Only reason Gotze would come now is for money. That ship has sailed. I wouldn't even consider him after he turned us down. Having said that he knows Klopp and our pressing system and would be a good option as an attacking midfielder. Trust Klopp on this one. If we get him i hope it works out, if not we move on.

Aubameyang, now thats a player to take us to the next level. Throw the bank at them!!

I think Gotze is worth a punt at anything £20m a below - Klopp can get something out of him

Maybe, but he seems to have chronic injury problems.

He had osteitis pubis which is an inflammatory condition that affects the pelvis - it has knock on effects all around it too.

There's nothing at this point to suggest he's gotten over those problems. And he might never get over them. He might always be half the player he was.

You could be right he's only short........
Presumably medicals should have
/ would pick that up - if a brilliant Eire Lawyer knows that presumably an average medial team would be able to get to grips with it

Some of us were saying this 2-3 seasons ago ! That's another ship that's sailed (surely that's a whole fleet by now). Aubameyang is one of the hottest strikers in football - his next stop will likely be Spain.

He is a £70m plus striker, beyond our league.

He also plays these days as if he's already moved on to another club.
Hope he ends up somewhere else then the PL, if we dont get him obviously, but that veeeeery unlikely.

Wouldn't mind Mor.

His first goal for Dortmund (2:46)

Great ball released to Aubameyang

Aubameyang scored the 1st after keeper parried Mor's shot (0:04) and Mor created the 2nd goal (0:16)
