Gettin’ Guehi with it

i remember the guehi lore being that he had loads of friends in the manchester area. reading between the lines liverpool were close enough and being the reigning champions doing some great transfer business it all made sense. arne probably even sounded the part at the time.

this is why i’m not confident at all that’s coming in the summer. even if he is a home bird city makes more sense. he needs to be a huge liverpool fan, in love with arne slot or live by some old time japanese samurai moral code to still come to liverpool.
Ny favourite part of this saga is the notion that he will hold his word and sign for us because he's a "man of faith"

I thought it wasn't possible for Guehi to go in Jan?, looks like very much on. If he gets his wages and possibly a signing on fee then I assume good for Guehi. Hopefully we can convince him to come to us still regardless of whom is in charge for us.

We are not as an attractive prospect right now sadly but in fairness Pep will be gone next season most likely so City may have their own issues too next season

Depends. Saliba or Gabriel might want to go, Ben white is probably going.

It's unlikely but possible

Not a chance Arsenal are going for him or he’d go there. They’re well stocked with CBs
Not sure what that has to do with anything. We all know that Arteta is more than willing to play his CBs all over the pitch (LB, RB, LCB, RCB, DM, CF) and is never happier when he's just bought a new one.

At City he’d compete with Gvardiol for the LCB slot (yes yes I know he’s two footed but he very rarely plays right). At the very least they’d share the position.

At Liverpool he’s so obviously Virgil’s replacement

I refuse to believe City are going to sign Guehi when they have Dias and Gvardiol on the payroll already. Unless they are going 3 at the back

ake and stones are both over 30, they also have ability and availability question marks.

city would be silly not to be in for him

They're both injured
I'm well aware of that, but both are short term injuries, both are top class in their positions and both are young enough to hold their places for several years. He'd be mad to go to either City or Arsenal. It's not like we pay peanuts either
