Any skiers out here ?

Not sure if this is the right forum...but was just wondering if there's any skiers here ?

Any of you tried using one of 'em GoPro cams while skiing ?

If yes, where do you normally mount them and what is the best mount ?

I'm thinking of going with the chest mount, although the best would be with the pole but i'm not skilled enough to multitask while speeding down a hill at 40-50 km/hr.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Cheers.

Fit it to your helmet so where you look is what the Go-Pro captures but don't use one of there sticky pads.

Yep i put mine on the helmet. It has a funny fish eye effect that makes you look like you're going loads faster than you are.

My mate when we went boarding last year put it on his helmet and got some great videos.

I can't figure out why anyone would want to use these.

But on the helmet is the best place, me thinks.
