As comparisons go, Konate for France (23 caps) imo looks consistently nervy and has had plenty of mistakes in him.
Guehi for England (also 23 caps) imo looks consistently assured, controlled and calm. (I don't watch so much internationals though.)
I'd miss Konate at his best as he is so aggressive but he does switch off sometimes and is somewhat fragile and doesn't have top notch distribution. The contract thing is already pissing me off, don't want that again all season.
Guehi is right-footed, so should be able to play RCB but could then move to LCB when Virgil goes, which would solve a real problem. He's quality, homegrown and a good lad, so can see us making it happen, especially with £30m in hand for Quansah. Can't think of anyone as good that's achievable. Hato or Murillo presumably almost as expensive.
