Was that the worst performance of the season? I couldn't understand how crap we were.

And Mingeoletsthemin, he's done now. So sad that yesterday. I thought he was gonna sit down and get an eccles cake and a bovril before he kicked that fucking ball.

Liverpool should have a goalkeeper and striker already lined up and ready to sign for when the transfer window opens. We shouldn't still be looking as we can't afford to wait any longer.

Henderson plays like he's arrived. Vice captain. England international. 'I've made it'. 'I've arrived'. 'I'm boss and I don't need to try as hard as I did before because everyone recognizes i'm good now'

Someone needs to give him a good slap and let him know how shit he can be when he doesn't work hard for the team. He was so one-dimensional it was like watching the likes of Danny Murphy/Charlie Adam playing again.

I actually think you've hit the nail on the head for one of the primary factors affecting our performances all season.

Across the team, I think too many people thought they had made it, were boss and that everything was just going to be handed to them and this season would be easy.

Some of the players are starting to realise they actually need to pull their finger out and work hard to get results.

It was one of the main things that set Suarez aside for me - it didn't matter who he was playing for or against - but he always gave everything he had in a competitive game.

It's a fine line though isn't it? He used to get stick for appearing so tentative. His confidence grew as the manager stuck by him and by the end of last season, he was integral to the team (look how much we missed him during his ban). But I do know what you mean...in fact I think it's a mentality that extends to quite a few others in the squad and has done for some time. I just think it's a little unfair to single Henderson out for this.

Maybe it's because he's been shit, match after match after match, with no sign of BR giving him some wood.

Henderson being accused of not trying hard enough, heard it all now.

A team we struggled to beat 1-0 held the Champions to a draw. Hopefully, we get our business done tonight and just continue to win - regardless if it's 4-0 or ugly, scrappy 1-0 wins.

But Hendo has clearly slacked off most of this season. Or at least looked like he had.

I wish someone can bring up some stats.

I agree with that. While I don't think he's acting like he has made it he does seem to be putting less effort in than he was.

I wonder if he was carried away in madness of last years team and just isn't feeling it the same way this year

He might have been ordered to conserve his energy on the pitch. I could imagine Rodgers dressing it up in some Brent-esque speak that it'd benefit the group if Jordan utilised his intelligent energy in new dynamics (or some sort)..

what film were you going to see - Paddington?

Nope. I like kids films but nowhere near enough to justify cinema prices for them. I'll take the boy to see it when it goes to kids for a quid or wait for it to download.

The hobbit is what I'm going to see, watched all the lotr films & both hobbit so far with the same two mates so be daft not to do so with the last one.

He's looking out of shape & unable to cope with the pace. Like all our players do for the first half of the season since Rodgers took over.

They'll all look sharper & fitter in the second half of the season, I have no doubt.

He's been playing poorly, that doesn't mean he's being lazy.

I dunno if he's being lazy. But he's clearly not running as hard as he could as compared to last season.

To give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he's exhausted from the WC ?

He's definitely out of shape.
