Realistic add ons probably include stuff like winning the league and champions league, as well as goals and appearance numbers. Unrealistic add ons probably include things like player of the year and balon dor. We can't complain with us paying those if he gets there, it's just the upfront fee I'm curious about.
What I've read the adds ons are considerable and very difficult to achieve ( probably tough personal targets and team winning CL / PL).
So around ~£118m-£126m.
