Our London office was in the same building as Deliveroo and we moved in just as their business went stratospheric. They were desperate to get hold of our space and basically told us to name our price but we’d only just moved in and had spent a ton on the refurb to make it look impressive for sponsors. It had a room set up to try to simulate the experience of being at Anfield because why wouldn’t you just invite a prospective sponsor to the match? Anyway, we’re still there and Deliveroo have moved on.

It'll be a classic where we say it's £115m plus £15m of performance related add ons, and they'll say it's £130m flat.
